Review: Lancome Color Design Eye Shadow in Drama

Purple eye shadows can be tricky. If done wrong it may look like someone gave you a black eye or you can look clownish! I remember when I was young I saw this lady with purple eye shadow and she looked like someone gave her a beating! From then on I had this mentality that purple eye shadows are a no-go.
But today it's a whole different scenario because now we have new products coming in that are of great quality and of course there's Internet and Youtube to teach women how to properly apply makeup. Yay! :-D

Purple eye shadows are gorgeous for events and special occasions, especially when it complements the  color of the outfit. This purple shade from Lancome is not like any other. It's slightly duochrome!

Review: The Balm Hot Mama Blush

Aaand... I'm back!!! As promised I'm back to review stuff for you girlies. I have the perfect blush right here, just in time for summer.

I went to Beauty Bar last December to pick up Mary-Loumanizer, which is a much-raved highlighter from The Balm, but it was sold out! So I asked the sales lady which ones are the most popular from the brand and she mentioned Hot Mama. I've been wanting to get one for the longest time, coz Emily Noel from Youtube said it's a dupe for Nars Orgasm. So I went ahead and bought it.

Review: ELF Duo Eyeshadow Cream in Butter Pecan

I have yet another product to review and it's the Duo Eyeshadow Cream from ELF. These two shades are my first cream eyeshadows ever. I don't know. I just never thought of trying them out until last month. So was it worth the try?

Review: Nichido Eyeshadow in Cocoa Pearl

I've been wanting to change my blog URL to a different name so I changed it to "thefaceguide.blogspot.com" yesterday. I thought it was as easy as that but I realized I was having problems with redirecting traffic. So now I'm back with my old URL until I figure it out. Sigh.

Now onto my review...

Some 6 months ago I was looking for a neutral eyeshadow that I can use everyday, just something to define my eyes without looking too much for school. And I found this from our local makeup counters; The Nichido eyeshadow in Cocoa Pearl.
