Review: Nichido Minerals Precise Eye Pencil in Chestnut

I've hit pan on my ELF eyebrow kit which I really love, but I want to try something new so I can widen my makeup horizon. If there's such a thing. :)

Anyway, I had my eye on this pencil from Nichido months and months ago but never bought it coz I didn't want to be a makeup hoarder. I feel bad when makeup items are not being used. Now I have a reason to buy it and so I did.

I bought the one in Chestnut coz lighter eyebrows give a more youthful look. This eye pencil has a creamy formula, hence it applies smoothly. I intend to use it for my brows but it can also be used as an eye liner.

I like its wood-like appearance and the clear cap that makes the tip of the pencil visible from outside.

Pigmentation is superb. You can control how light or heavy the strokes are. It is water resistant but it will come off with some rubbing.

This retails for 138 pesos. Very affordable! I'm not really a fan of Nichido products but I do recommend this one. :)

  1. I'm also not a fan of Nichido as I've tried their mascara and makeup remover but both failed my expectations. This seems like a nice product plus I love this certain shade ^_^~
