Review: Revlon Colorburst Lip Butter in Creme Brulee

The Revlon Colorburst lip butter line was  released back in 2011. It quickly became popular because it was moisturizing and amazingly pigmented!

Lip butters are basically a hybrid of a lip balm and a lipstick. It glides on smoothly on the lips and the glossy finish makes your lips look hydrated and plump. I love these type of lipsticks because I can just apply it and not think about being precise. However lip butters are so moisturizing that it gets easily removed especially when eating or drinking.

Creme Brulee is a sheer light brown shade that's perfect to match with an eye makeup. It's sheer enough to let your natural lip color show through, so the color varies per person. I haven't had much use of it since I typically reach for more pigmented and more long lasting lipsticks.

Revlon lip butters are sold in Revlon counters for 525 pesos each.

Have you tried other shades of the Revlon lip butters? What's your favorite? :)
